Reservations

Advance reservations of at least 2 weeks prior to your event date are recommended to ensure availability.

Rental Rates

Rental rates are calculated as one day rental rate over the weekend with delivery on Friday and pick up on Sunday. During the week we will deliver your order the day prior to your event and pick-up the day following your event for one rental rate. We also have longer rental periods if needed. The rental charge applies whether equipment is used or not. Rental equipment which is returned after the contract end date will be charged an extra day.

Payment

The equipment you wish to rent can be reserved in advance to help guaranty availability. A down payment of 50% is required to hold items for that specific date. The down payment must be paid (15) days in advance of delivery or pick-up.

Deposit Fee
A security deposit fee is required on every rental item in case there is a need to replace or repair any equipment lost or damaged while in the customer care. Cleaning charges will also be accessed on items returned unclean from the security deposit. Deposit can be made with a signed check or cash. Deposits will be refunded upon return of rental equipment depending on cleanliness and timeliness of return.

Delivery & Pick Up Service

Rates are based on the area which the equipment will be delivered. Delivery is based on first floor to your door only. Second floor or extended distance from front door will be accessed an additional fee. All tables and chairs DO NOT INCLUDE SET UP. Upon pick-up, tables and chairs must be folded and stacked in the same place in which they were dropped off.

Check Your Order

Please check your order upon receipt and confirm all items have been delivered as per your order. Contact us immediately regarding any discrepancies or damaged items.

Cleaning Procedures

Equipment is to be returned clean of of food, drinks, etc. The customer will be charged a cleaning fee for items returned without having been cleaned. Linens should be returned dry and free of food and debris. 

Lost or Damaged Items

Customers are responsible for equipment from the time of receipt until the time of return. It is the customer's responsibility to secure equipment when not in use and to protect equipment from the weather at all times. The customer will be charged the replacement cost for damaged or missing items.
